This is my first attempt at forging a sword. It is made from a single piece of hot rolled mild steel and wrapped with genuine leather in the same style as my 550 cord wraps. I left the forge and hammer marks on the top half of the blade to give it a nice rustic look. It took many hours to get it to this point, 51 hours total to be exact. It's overall length is 36 inches, with the blade being 23 inches long and 2 inches wide. The handle is 13 inches long and 1.75 inches wide. The handle and spine is 0.25 inches so it definitely has some heft to it! As always, it will come exactly as pictured and sharp. Thank you!
